As soon as your order is placed you will receive a notification via email with your order contents and an order number. Should you wish to contact us about an order you have place, please use the order number in any correspondence so we can help you quicker.

Yes, assuming it is before 1pm (that's when Royal Mail collect all orders from us). Just contact us by replying to the email notification and we will change the delivery address for you.

We do ship all our products internationally with the exception of Fly Tying Vices - this is a restriction imposed on us from the distributors. Delivery costs for all international orders are calculated at the checkout.

UK & NI: All orders placed before 1pm are delivered the next working day. These orders are all fully trackable via Royal Mail's website and app.

Overseas: All international orders are delivered within 10 working days dependent upon location.
