WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All goods are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. There are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday but we can arrange this service for an additional cost - please call our team on 0330 66 00 587 for further information.

When your order is shipped you will receive notification both from us and Royal Mail - using the Royal Mail app will allow you to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, this would be done at your own risk.

Postage/Packaging will be charged on all deliveries within the UK & NI.

• Next Day Guaranteed - £6.99 - Deliveries apply Monday to Friday if an order is received before 1PM Monday to Friday.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

We do deliver outside of the UK & NI. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout - they are based on your delivery address.

RETURNS

We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice.
